Learning a new perspective was my goal ten years ago when I found a global community of market farmers looking to move in a new direction. Away from the destructive conventional farming practices of the last one hundred and fifty years.
Marketing campaigns have been misleading for more than just a few generations now. As a practice and business strategy they will continue to cause doubt and confusion. It is up to us as citizens to look after our own health as individuals. To see through the ads and find out more from each other.
See beyond the illusion and convenience.
The new Plantification YouTube channel (@jayvalenciayoutube) is about sharing experiences and exciting and difficult challenges with eating a plant based diet or going vegan altogether in 23'.
Reinforced by a backstory of eating a SAD Sad American Diet that is not only at the root of many national health issues but also abroad in countries now suffering from the same chronic illnesses.
My farm was created with you in mind. Those looking for a new direction and need support.
Learning a new perspective was my goal ten years ago when I found an incredible community of market farmers looking to move our world in a healthy direction. Taking us away from toxic chemicals, destructive practices and unhealthy choices of the last one hundred years.
It's not easy, I know. It's a lot to take in and put into perspective. The marketing power out there continues to confuse and create doubt that make you just want to throw in the towel.
That's what we're here to do.
There are many topics and how-to videos on YouTube.
So many that it can be hard to find something of interest for both you and me.
A YouTube channel must be sustainable to succeed. Content has to be
fun and informative at the same time.
Over time this channel will evolve and so my immediate goal with the title above will be
to move past all of the hoopla and misinformation of today and look beyond
our struggle to renew our perspectives and attitudes to a place where we are
beyond the mess and confusion. A place where we can share ideas about
the world beyond the future. Beyond our destructive path with food and our planet.
If you know what I mean.
Let's work on this together. I'll be reaching out to you.
I look forward to Live events soon on YouTube

Microgreens should be purchased when freshly harvested.
As a local farm we give you this opportunity to have a product
that isn't transported from any distance or held in storage.
This assures that the nutrient levels have not been diminished, receiving the total benefit of the antioxidants, vitamins and minerals along with the bioactive compounds, polyphenols and sensory qualities like texture, flavor, aroma and color.
Microgreens are considered to be superfoods and are very low in calories.
Scientific data has demonstrated that microgreens:
The list goes on because of the exponentially greater levels of
vitamins, mineral, antioxidants and bioactive compounds in these conveniently sized plants.
Microgreens are even used in spa treatments like facials and body wraps.
Free radicals are a byproduct of turning food into energy. Capable of damaging cells and altering DNA. Can cause bad cholesterol (LDL) to lodge in artery walls.
Excessive amounts cause oxidative stress brought on by a bad diet, alcohol and drug consumption, air pollution, radiation exposure from traveling, and exposure to pesticides and other chemicals.
We grow popular and specialty varieties of microgreens.
Sunflower, Pea Shoots, Spicy Daikon Radish, Red Acre Cabbage, Mustards, Broccoli, Salad Mix.
Amaranth, Leeks, Arugula and Cilantro.
Go ahead and contact us if you have a favorite we aren’t growing at the moment.
It takes at least a week to order them and only eight to ten days to grow most varieties.
Some varieties like cilantro and sorrel take longer.
We should always take full advantage of our free time.
Not always out shopping for semi-fresh produce with vastly diminished nutritional value, which is what you are getting at most grocery stores.

Thank you for visiting.
Your support of local farms keeps our local food security and economy stronger.
We shop for our supplies and equipment at local businesses first.
I am grateful for your continued positivity and support. Meeting everyone around town during delivery visits reinforces my efforts to improve food security and health conditions for our community and those who are unable to find the financial resources or otherwise have limited access to clear and honest information about nutrition and the agriculture surrounding us. Our modern educational systems are limited and incomplete. Times have changed and we want more from educational opportunities. Even when that means that we bring it to each other directly. It takes a village and that old adage couldn't be more true today.
Your generous donation will play a significant role in continuing to educate and promote wellness not only here in New Mexico but to our global community.
So again, thank you.
