Reinforced by a backstory of eating a SAD Sad American Diet that is not only at the root of many national health issues but also abroad in countries now suffering from the same chronic illnesses.
My farm was created with you in mind. Those looking for a new direction and need support.
Learning a new perspective was my goal ten years ago when I found an incredible community of market farmers looking to move our world in a healthy direction. Taking us away from toxic chemicals, destructive practices and unhealthy choices of the last one hundred years.
It's not easy, I know. It's a lot to take in and put into perspective. The marketing power out there continues to confuse and create doubt that make you just want to throw in the towel.
That's what we're here to do.

A YouTube channel must be sustainable to succeed. Content has to be
fun and informative at the same time.
Over time this channel will evolve and so my immediate goal with the title above will be
to move past all of the hoopla and misinformation of today and look beyond
our struggle to renew our perspectives and attitudes to a place where we are
beyond the mess and confusion. A place where we can share ideas about
the world beyond the future. Beyond our destructive path with food and our planet.

Here's what you need to know about using microgreens
Use them on every meal. Breakfast, lunch and dinner plates
Even as a healthier snack in between meals
Sunflowers are one of the most popular munching microgreens
Have a bowl of fresh sunflowers instead of popcorn while watching movies
A lettuce alternative with much more nutrition
Sandwiches, salads, tacos, wraps, hot and cold dishes
Soups, Phö, or any noodle bowl or hot pot

Microgreens should be purchased when freshly harvested.
As a local farm we give you this opportunity to have a product
that isn't transported from any distance or held in storage.
This assures that the nutrient levels have not been diminished, receiving the total benefit of the antioxidants, vitamins and minerals along with the bioactive compounds, polyphenols and sensory qualities like texture, flavor, aroma and color.
Microgreens are considered to be superfoods and are very low in calories.

Go ahead and contact us if you have a favorite we aren’t growing at the moment.
It takes at least a week to order them and only eight to ten days to grow most varieties.
Some varieties like cilantro and sorrel take longer.
We should always take full advantage of our free time.
