We do not keep inventory on stand by.

We grow for your orders.

We harvest only fresh microgreens for our customers and restaurants. 

We grow your varieties and deliver them within hours on the day of harvest. 

We do not store or sell old product.

We highly recommend our CSA home delivery  

membership for continuous day of harvest delivery.

Microgreens take at the very least 7-10 days 

Some like Cilantro, Amaranth and Sorrel take longer.

When you're pressed for time remember, 

we have microgreens at
