Our fresh organic local microgreens are now available outside of Las Cruces. Our farm has partnered with New Mexico Harvest to bring our farm fresh product from Las Cruces to Albuquerque, Santa Fe and Taos. Order from their website for home delivery of fresh microgreens.

from the NMSU campus. Toucan also carries trays
of Desert Micro organic wheatgrass which happens
to be a favorite for the kitty cats and dogs of
